From the first time I entered a dog show ring at a small show in Dayton, Ohio in 1971, I have enjoyed training and competing with my dogs. That experience led to many more times in the ring, in both the obedience and breed rings, until 1992 when career and family demands required a break from exhibiting. I re-entered the breed ring in January of 2009 with a six month old Labrador Retriever named, appropriately, Fenwyck’s Never Again, RN – “Conner”. Conner took me across the country, winning BOB at 13 months, Best in Sweeps at the 2009 Labrador Retriever Nationals, Best in Sweeps and Best Opposite in Sweep two weeks later at the Spirit of St. Louis Labrador Specialty, all owner-handled. After he was neutered, he finished his Rally Novice title in three shows, all scores in the nineties, and two class placements.
My professional career in applications development within the financial industry spanned twenty years and afforded the luxury of taking early retirement in 2003. Now I am pleased to be able to combine two loves into one professional entity. Pawsitively Simple Design is an extension of my career in applications development with a special focus on the sport I love, the sport of purebred dogs. Let my skills, experience, and accomplishment turn your web presence into a reflection of your skills, experience, and accomplishments.
